Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using PinPath (the "App") provided by Livenx Labs (the "Provider"). Users use the App on the condition that they agree to these Terms.

1. Application

• These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Provider concerning use of the App.
• Any rules separately established by the Provider within the App form part of these Terms.

2. Fees and Subscriptions

The App is free to use except for certain features. The Provider offers a paid subscription (Pro). Prices, billing cycles, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the rules of the app store from which you obtained the App (such as the Apple App Store). Free use may be subject to usage limits (quotas) on AI features.

3. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy of Information

The App uses AI to generate and present place candidates and plans (the order, times, durations, coordinates, and route estimates of stops, etc.). Such output is an estimate and is not guaranteed to be accurate, real, or up to date. Users are responsible for verifying actual business status, location, distance, travel time, and routes themselves. The Provider is not liable for any damage arising from reliance on such information.

4. User Content, Sharing, and Collaboration

Rights to the places, plans, photos, memos, and other content that a user saves or creates in the App (the "User Content") belong to the user. The Provider may use it to the extent necessary to provide, operate, and improve the App. When a user shares a plan or invites others, the user agrees that the User Content will be disclosed to the members of that plan and is responsible for the content they share. Users must not post content that infringes the rights of third parties (intellectual property, privacy, likeness, etc.).

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the App, its servers, or networks
• Acts that cause damage or disadvantage to third parties or other members
• Posting places, photos, or information that infringe the rights of third parties
• Acts that the Provider deems inappropriate

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the programs, text, images, and design included in the App belong to the Provider or the rightful owner. Rights to User Content are governed by the preceding article.

7. Disclaimer

The Provider does not warrant the completeness, continuity, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App. The Provider is not liable for any damage caused to a user or third party due to inaccuracy of AI-generated output, map/coordinate/route information, or information obtained from external services, or due to communication failures, device failures, external service failures, or other circumstances.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

The Provider may change the content of the App, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice.

9. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account using the method specified by the App. If the Provider determines that there has been a violation of these Terms or other inappropriate use, it may suspend use or delete the account without notice to the user.

10. Personal Information

The Provider handles personal information obtained through use of the App in accordance with its separately established Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to these Terms or the App.
